Keeper™ is a federally approved additive for use on seafood requiring no rinse except for products intended for consumption. Keeper™ does not affect the nutritional quality of seafood, nor the taste. Keeper™ is able to control a broad spectrum of microorganisms. Keeper™ is a virtually odorless, clear and stable product that can be stored, transported and used without special consideration. Keeper™ is non- corrosive and easy to use. Keeper™ requires no DOT permits for transportation.
